Order Cancellations & Modifications

  • Orders cannot be canceled or modified once preparation has started.

  • Customers should contact us as soon as possible if changes are needed, but approval is not guaranteed.

Delivery Policy

ZAIKA THE INDIAN CUISINE offers in-house delivery only for orders with a minimum value of $500 CAD. Orders below this amount are not eligible for direct delivery from us.

However, customers may place delivery orders of any amount through third-party food delivery apps (such as Uber Eats, SkipTheDishes, DoorDash, or similar platforms). Delivery availability, fees, timing, and service quality on third-party platforms are subject to their respective policies and terms.

Important Notes:

  • Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to traffic, weather, or demand.

  • Customers must provide accurate delivery details. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or customer unavailability.

  • For third-party delivery orders, ZAIKA THE INDIAN CUISINE is not responsible for delivery delays, order handling, or service issues once the order leaves our restaurant.

While we take care in preparing meals, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Customers with allergies or dietary restrictions must inform us before ordering.
